I have stayed here before and was not impressed with the bathtubs or beds, but the view is lovely. I upgraded this time to a king suite, the suite was like a huge apartment with two balconies. It would be nice if there was furniture on the balconies so people can really enjoy the view.
The guy at the desk was super friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is very good but sad to say the hotel is not run professionally. I was shocked when I waited and waited for hot water to shower but NO hot water! I will not choose this hotel again!

Right next to the beach! Beautiful views, sunsets, and very friendly people! Close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The Tuman Shuttle stops in front and a little to the right of the hotel. Good value for your wallet! Very friendly staff!!! I will stay here again!!!

Times are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.

The experience i had was a 3/5.
First i was like to say, if you guys plan on bring a stroller park at the parking lot and not the garage. There is no elevator. The water pressure is not the best and when i took a shower i noticed it was getting clogged up. I had to call service counter twice to request for something. Mini fridge was barely working took hours for our drinks to get cold. Other than that, it was good.
