It's the most expensive, so I think it's worth it. I felt it was even cleaner than D Company Resort and had perfect hospitality. I personally wish there was more plain yogurt at the buffet (as is the case everywhere). I also felt that the quality of the products at the cafe in the lobby on the first floor was the best of any hotel.

Known as the most luxurious hotel in Guam, it has a spacious lobby and a gorgeous facade. It is located at the higher point of Tumon Bay and has a pleasant view. The room's Yangtai overlooks the sea and has an unobstructed view. The service attitude and management system are obviously not up to par. The room was not prepared on time. More than 10 people were waiting in the lobby for more than an hour and failed to check in. The arrangements were chaotic due to minor problems. They did not consider the tourists' perspective and did not solve the problem. To make travelers feel comfortable, it is not recommended to stay

It's clean, the room service menu wasn't diverse and the burgers were the worst. Room service needs to be improved. It was nice that the swimming pool was open late. Because nearby Dusit Beach and Thani are only open until 7pm.

Facilities 5 stars Service 5 stars Housekeeping 0 stars I think cleaning is important to maintaining good facilities for a long time. Lazy housekeeping staff only revealed tips and carried out cleaning without responsibility. I've traveled to many countries, but the housekeeping in Guam was the worst. It may not be like that for everything, but the 16th floor feels that way. Even a 6-star hotel won't last long if you're lazy about cleaning.

The location is not as bad as I thought, and the facilities, view, and food are all satisfactory! Being able to use the swimming pool and gun beach at the Nikko Hotel was also a huge advantage.

The design of the bathroom without a manual exhaust switch or a floor drain is a big bug. It cannot clean the outside of the toilet with water, nor can it be ventilated all the time, so there is always a smell of urine in the bathroom. What's even weirder is that the hotel doesn't have its own beach or gym, but shares it with Hotel Nikko. And this is currently the most expensive hotel in Guam.

The swimming pool was clean and the room condition was very good. The breakfast was relaxed, the food was delicious, and the view outside the window was particularly good.
