Although it was remodeled, it still has some signs of age. However, there were many Korean employees, so there were no inconveniences.

The swimming pool is connected to the sea, making it the most accessible. The bedding was also nice and soft. Breakfast is average (good value for money) However, we recommend that you pay the deposit in cash. I was withdrawn $150 every day. Since it was a check card, the deposit would not be returned until several months had passed. A total deposit of about $320 was withdrawn. On the last day, I received confirmation from the staff that the deposit would not be deducted (I set the balance on the card to 0 won just in case), but in the early morning of the next day, I received another $150 approval failure text message. This is a place where the deposit is taken almost as much as the room price. Where is it? ^_ㅠ I think you kept about $500 as a deposit. Looking at other reviews, I saw that some people only paid $100 in cash, but I thought it would be cleaner to pay in cash in advance and receive cash back when checking out to avoid any headaches🙃 In addition, there were other hotel issues, and even though it was the weekend, Trip.com quickly contacted me through chat and it was resolved well. Thanks to you, I ended my trip in a good mood. Trip.com is awesome Anyway, I have no intention of visiting this hotel again.

First Guam with my husband^^ It was nice because it was a place where I could have a good time~! It was nice that it was close to restaurants and a reasonable distance to go to other places.

There was an additional charge that wasn't in the contract, but it was nice that Trip.com refunded it.

It's located on the main street, so it's easy to get around and there's a good parking lot! It’s great for a family trip too! Planning to visit next year too!

This is my second time here. It’s a pretty good hotel on this island.

The facilities are relatively old, the location is relatively good, it is convenient to eat and everything, the hotel pool is small, and the private beach is average

Service: In the face of the two ********* girls who can't speak English, the hotel staff always assist us with the most friendly attitude and the most positive way😭 At least we can communicate better than gesturing 2. Facilities: There is Starbucks and its own small store in the lobby, and their beach and swimming pool are on the first floor! It's great and very suitable for SUP 3 Functions: The hotel is located at the T-junction, opposite there is a small amusement park, ABC store, super easy to buy! Going right is the DFS shopping paradise! The journey is within five minutes, a place with beautiful scenery and convenient massage, live ammunition shooting, pirate ship, shopping and eating

It was my first trip with a baby, and I came back with very good memories because you took care of me in many ways, starting with the room!! The meal was delicious, and the proximity to the surroundings and the sea were all close, so it was really nice!! If I go to Guam next time, I want to stay at the Westin!

Overall OK, not cost-effective

I am satisfied with everything except for the toilet water flowing well!! At night, they perform on the first floor, and the atmosphere is so good~~~
