When they arrived at reception, they commented that they only accepted booking and shipping bookings, they lasted to give us the service but at the end they acceded, it's the first time they refused me to book for using Trip.com; additional card was given to us to enter the room without schedule, I couldn't open the door and I had to go down to reception to ask the right card; the room had a moisture smell, and that touched us (205) I had sliped the roof showing the pipe that passed up I imagined the smell comes from there; the low-plane lift (parking) doesn't work, which caused problems because one of us needed mule. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The hotel is clean and modern. It has several restaurants around in this convenient location. The only slight issue was that it took the front desk like 10 minutes to find my reservation and also to verify that it was prepaid already. Other than that the stay was very comfortable.

Mucha humedad en la habitación, no use la tina porque se veía moho en el baño, también el olor de drenaje es muy fuerte, falta un extractor que haga su trabajo. Por años fui a eventos y en restaurant súper bien, pero no pensé que las habitaciones estuvieran en esas condiciones, los cajones de la cómoda olían muy mal. Pero en cuanto al personal Todos muy amables y atentos!
