Very nice little hotel, the windows in the rooms are large and can be opened. The separate kitchen and bathroom are clean, kitchen utensils are available, and there is a microwave oven and oven. The Lapland Hotel is a relatively stylish Nordic hotel. A lot of work has been done on the details. The hotel's restaurant is very nice and the waiters are enthusiastic and professional. The twin room is two single beds together. Each bed is 75～ 80cm wide. There is a hardwood frame next to the bed. It is probably afraid of the mattress moving and it is particularly uncomfortable to sleep! The facilities in the house are not new and it is convenient to use. However, the price of more than 600 RMB a night is already very low in the local area, and it cannot be too high. Poor service: no front desk, no reception, after paying, a set of entry passwords was exchanged, but this password was not sent directly to the customer's mailbox, and it was impossible to enter at the hotel gate. Because the language was not available and the traffic was difficult, fortunately, I met a kind foreign friend to help. It took nearly an hour to get the entry code to check in! The same situation actually happened twice in different cities, which made people angry!

The staff there are so lovely and helpful. But it was quite stressful not being familiar with Tampere, and not being able to stop right in front of the hotel to bring the bags down. The parking connected to the hotel was full but thankfully there was another parking nearby, but a little inconvenient to have to drag the luggages across the road. The room itself was fine, no kettle but able to get hot water in the lobby, and the aircon was leaking water and it leaked onto the extra bed :( water pressure was fine but could be better. Honestly wasn't a fan of these things BUT, breakfast was sooooo good. Excellent quality ingredients all cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed it and would actually stay again just for the breakfast :)
