Family visit for one night was all right. The spa area is nice and has pretty much to explore and the kids loved it. Didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was all right what you’d expect from a Scandic. The room was worn and in need of a proper renovation to stand out. Sound isolation was poor and due to the holiday season, a lot of noise could be heard to the room. The staff was friendly and the overall visit was smooth.

Last time we were in Eden was about 10 years ago. The rooms are now much more stylish and bathroom especially. The saunas were better. Breakfast in excellent.

First time since ages. Gotta say that the room was massively spacious, could fit in a football team. Looks ”a bit” out-of-date. Straight from the 80’s i’d guess. But that doesnt matter, rooms are only for sleeping, not spending time. The room was spotless, very clean. Spa area was really good, kids loved it. The water was warm enough and the slides pretty good for the young ones. Few jacuzzis and a chance to order burgers and snacks from the pool bar. 3 different saunas, clean showers. Breakfast was decent enough, quite the same than every other hotels. Glad that they served a Local speciality, ’musta makkara’. Had a nice one night trip. Would grab the kids and revisit any time.

When we first entered the parking area I honestly was disappointed by the looks of the hotel from outside. Then we checked in shortly and went to the room. Sadly in our Superior Sauna room, there were not enough towels left (normally 2 hand, 2 shower and one floor towel along with 2 bathrobes are the expectation) . To go to spa I needed to ask towel from counter, luckily they at least had one. Next day, our room wasnt cleaned, when we mentioned it again on counter they said they will send them in half hour. After 2 hours, only glasses were changed and nothing else. At this point I was expecting this as their "green brqanding" thing in a way they reduce towels changing or something. On our third day the room was nicely cleaned, all towels (i mentioned before) were given and bed was made too. Oh also if you are in upper floors, dont expect your cleaning to be done before 4pm :( Overall this was an average experience. At least Sauna in the room and spa facilities were good (many families therefore many kids). I honestly would not choose to pay 200€+ for a room and get this kind of service again. If youre stayig with your partner for a relaxing vacation 2 nights at a standard room would do more than good and you wouldnt waste money!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had e-mail communication with the reception before our stay, and I was very happy they managed to find us a room on short notice, even though the hotel was quite full. The pool area is excellent for families, there are two long slides and several pools suitable for children of all ages. Also, the outdoor pool area is nice, including ping-pong tables and other activities. The gym is included in the price, and the short 6-holes disc golf course is also free if you bring your own discs. Breakfast was good and everything worked as it should.

My child had a lot of fun! There’s a lot to do inside the hotel aside from swimming. You can play games as well. Service is good. They are polite and helpful.

A really nice hotel. Warm water in the spa and lots of fun things to do for the kids. The spa also has a jacuzzi for adults and many different saunas. Breakfast is good and the hotel room is good for families as well as just yourself. Nice customer service and clean interiors.
