Breakfast is a but limited. No bacon with the nice egg station!

Element was close to all the best restaurants and the baseball stadiums were only 2 miles away. Clean and large rooms. Tasty breakfast. Will stay here again

The valet only option is horrific when there is an event in town. We waited for quite a bit to get our vehicle parked. Once parked, we checked in, went up to our room only to realize it was not the room we booked and was not roomy enough for our family. Originally booked 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Got a king and a sleeper sofa that was not accommodating to my 6ft child. Called down to be moved and, yep, all booked up. Paid an exorbitant amount for this room and ended up sleeping on an air mattress.

Gave us a room that was not prepared. Dirty from previous guest and did not have two beds which we reserved. Able to give us an alternative room rather quickly. Valet service and app we were supposed to use to get our car in timely manner did not work. Employees were pleasant.

Valet and checkin were flawless, everyone was friendly and helpful, room was great, nice and clean, and the equipped kitchenette was a nice perk, especially if you had an extended stay. Complimentary breakfast could use a little work and the reason for not giving the property 5 stars.

Location was perfect. Super cute new area. Lots going on all day. Hotel was great. Great service. Check in was fast and efficient. Valet guys were great as well.

We booked for our 1 year wedding anniversary hoping to make this a yearly stay, not even a congratulations card , nothing was mentioned about it being our anniversary . One of the reasons we decided to book was the advertisement of “cooked to order daily breakfast “. To our surprise it was scrambled eggs and a dry sausage patty. Very disappointing as that is the main reason we stayed at this hotel and added additional costs to our trip. Staff was friendly and i did mention the false advertising to the front desk .

This was our first experience staying at Element, as we have stayed at Aloft a few times in the last. Our room was very spacious and clean. We are very satisfied with our stay and will be back in the future.

The front desk staff were great. The bartender at XYWZ really took care of us and all of the other quests.

Great value, great space, clean, new, large studio apartments in a great location.

Great central location with wonderful surrounding restaurants and shops to explore. Staff was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Modern and clean rooms. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Nice breakfast and a wonderful rooftop restaurant. Only valet parking available which is kind of expensive

Ceasar was a legend for looking after me during an 8 night stay. Thankyou Ceasar!!! Pool is shared with rooftop bar. The bar is pretty popular. So if you're into people drinking and watching you at the pool in an evening - cool. But that was a bit off putting. Basic breakfasts in general. But as it was included i wasnt expecting much. On the weekend they use disposable cutlery and plates - which is pretty awful. In general they need to up their recycling and reuse game Location in modern trendy midtown. Worked great for me. Other than that, everything was great
