Rude staff and no coffee making facilities in the room (false advertising). No coffee in the machine in reception either and no access to breakfast room during the day/night to get coffee.

Property is in decent shape. Looks to have had some upgrades to an older building. Didn't like there are no exterior view windows as the balcony entrance blocks it. Strange setup.

The room was exactly as advertised and particularly bigger because we got the room that was directly over the lobby so it was a ton of space. Had a king sized bed with a microwave and mini-fridge. Bed was very comfortable with about 5 or 6 plush pillows on it. Heat and AC worked perfectly. Great stay for exactly what we needed. Wanted to be close to the Yuengling Center to see Katt Williams flying in from Detroit and the room was 5min away. I got exactly what I paid for!!! Sorry for no pics because I completely forgot.

Two night stay was good. Rooms have been remodeled but still had a musty odor. Had a good breakfast with hot food. Employees were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Busch Gardens; walking distance if you’re so inclined. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and was in a safe location. The breakfast was good and the attendant in the breakfast room was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help two young boys who weren’t getting any help from their own mother! Brava to her.👏
