A business trip related to Busch Gardens Tampa. The service was a mess, the employees were unfriendly and didn't respond properly. Not all employees were like that, but this was the first time I saw a hotelier who just stared blankly as I entered the entrance with two trunks in tow. There are too many parking spaces, so I don't understand why they charge a fee.

Good hotel close to Bushgarden. They drove us to Bushgarden and picked us up again. American breakfast was ok. What bothered us is that all the dishes were made of plastic.

We had a fab stay at the hyatt. It wasnt far from Tampa airport and busch gardens so a lovely stop over on our first night in the USA. Staff were super friendly and sent ua next door for food with a discount for hotel guests.....and let me tell you the bar next door not only had a great atmosphere but the foos was amazing and was a family favourite meal of the whole trip. Great view from the hotel room. Would say it was a little dated in some parts and busy at breakfast but otherwise couldnt fault it! Lovely spacious room too!

I booked through a third party and when I paid I was charged another$100. The 3rd party company couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the hotel. No one to help. Still waiting

Staff was super friendly and helpful; rooms clean and neat, beds super comfortable, TV easy to manage w streaming service, hotel is on the older side but perfectly priced for a last minute trip to USF. I would stay again.

The room was horrible. It had that cheap motel, smell, rusty fixtures, even housekeeping all they did was fix the sheets.

We drove from Canada and arrived at 1:45 in the afternoon and Brie ( front desk / van driver ) was friendly and let us check in. Room was a good size with a little kitchenet area. Breakfast was nice but needed another toaster with so many guests trying to use 1 toaster with only one side working. Brie took good care of us during our stay
