Parking was not free and we were charged $30 for overnight parking. 50 usd charged a sa deposit, so I expected 20usd reimbursement but instead, I foundI was charged 71.98. Won’t stay there any longer

The worst Hyatt I've ever stayed in! There is an additional charge for facility fees. There were forums and meetings for two nights, and a lot of people occupied the public space. The beach is small and only a little bit 🤏. It's next to the restaurant, which is a 10-minute walk away. The beach feels smaller than the restaurant. The outdoor swimming pool is very small and the hygiene is average. There are no other facilities, including hot springs. It's all your meeting room! The experience is extremely bad! And you charge $30 a day for facility fees? Your facilities are occupied by people who come to the meeting!
