I realize that different people have different opinions to the same experiences. I found the room to be very clean and the breakfast to be good. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get into my room when I arrived. There were lots of people in the lobby who were waiting for rooms to be cleaned. All in all, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The only thing was the vending machines broken on 4 different floors for such a nice hotel that was shocking

The owner is very nice and kind. She provided us with welcome water popcorn and chocolate chips. I like the airport view and interior of the room.

Hot water pipe had busted and no one contacted us prior to our arrival to possibly make new arrangements. The hot water was finally turned back on in the evening, but nothing was done about the inconvenience of 100 loud fans running overnight down the hallway and all over the hotel. The fans were so loud that people walking in the hall were shouting just to hear each other. The floor in my room was not vacuumed and there were drywall pieces all over the carpet. I had to move the nightstands and chairs back as they were in the middle of the room and the room was not ready for guests. After an extremely long flight I didn’t have the energy to find another hotel and this was a mistake on my part as I didn’t get any sleep anyway from the noise.

Concern as to why all of the reconstruction with wet floor signs as if dealing with a possible water catastrophe. Multiple equipment lines for equipment throughout the entire floor and in front of the entrance to room

When we arrived there was no hot water. We did not have / beds like requested and could not get a the correct room due to it being booked and rooms out of order. The first room had blood on the sofa mattress. The second room the sheets also looked like they had blood on them. I would never stay again.

A pipe burst and we couldn’t stay at the hotel. Our reservation was canceled and we had to find another hotel that day.

The room was not worth the price we paid! There was a water leak on our fifth floor and we weren’t notified. They knocked on doors at 4 am which woke us up but they never spoke with us about it! They shut the elevator down and we had to carry all our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. Not very happy with the way this was handled.
