Our night there was terrible. I stayed with my family, husband, and 2 kids. The room smelled like mold. we notified the front desk, and they did nothing about it. I called trip.com, and nothing was done on that end. I had to leave the room even tho I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1. We had to spend the night in the airport. The front desk receptionist cursed at me and lied, stating I had no kids with me. She even called the cops on us after we left, stating we threatened her. below are pics of the mold on the box spring.

The poorly prepared food, the smelly room, because it was smokers, the smelly carpet, the cleaning service on time, but the room was terrible smokers
