My husband and I just stayed at this hotel last weekend, and it was fantastic. We'd just gotten off our cruise ship and had our cab bring us to the hotel to see if we could get in our room early, they were very accommodating! The place was comfortable, quiet, clean, and the staff were the nicest. We'll definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff was very hospitality. Everyone was soooo nice, the cleaning crew, the lady that set up the breakfast on Sunday, Miles the Hilton vacation rep. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Property was fine, clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good.
I was disappointed when I checked in and was told there were no double queen beds left although I had a reservation and had called to inform them of my late check in. I was given a king bed and sofa bed as a “ free upgrade “!? Explain that to the person who slept on the sofa bed

The staff was nice and helpful. They have a shuttle that runs to the cruise port every half hour. Nice clean room but it had a musty smell.

When I arrived I was advised that my second guest could not park their vehicle due to a one car limit because of an event. The other Guest in my room was forced to park elsewhere for $40, and then move their car to find another place to park at 3AM. Their front staff Tayvion was rude and disrespectful and has no customer service skills. He was sarcastic and came around the desk in an aggressive manor. Many people loitering in the parking lot and around the property. Did not feel safe. I will not stay at this location in the future.
