Had 6 rooms and last one wasn’t ready until after 5:00. Rooms weren’t consistently cleaned. 2 guests had to a new key everytime they tried to open their doors.

The front counter girl staff that greeted me when i came from busch gardens that evening of my check-in was very very friendly and inviting. The room was cleaned, very well maintained, and the breakfast was very good with so many to choose from. The pool needed cleaning from all the leaves and pollen but everything else was satisfactory. I will definetly be coming back to this hotel again in the future of my stays near Busch Gardens 😊😁

Room was newly renovated (though the TV didn't work), but the lobby was small and cramped with limited seating outside of their breakfast room.
A bar/restaurant on site would have been nice as the area around the property was dirty, noisy and didn't feel particularly safe.

Everything was perfect inside the hotel and the proximity to Busch Gardens can't be beat. Breakfast is the standard free breakfast that hotels offer which was ok. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit rough.

Currently has some construction in the lobby occurring. Otherwise, our stay was fine. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

It was a nice stay and clean. Just wish they would install hand grips in the bathroom for the tub. We are older and had trouble getting in and out of the shower. Also they served a very good breakfast.

Ms. Keke was Awesome!! She was professional, helpful, and inviting to the customers. She was that extra special touch for the hotel. The lady that worked the morning shift seemed to always be annoyed or something. We said hello to her as we were walking out one morning and she didn't even smile.

The shower had mold in it. Bathroom had hair in it and floor of the hotel room was filthy.
