I called the property direct asking for a first floor room because I am disabled and my mother is elderly. The hotel promised me a second floor fully handycap with a roll away shower, meaning walking. Well we received the third floor room with a tub. First disappoin**ent. Second disappoin**ent was we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We were told they serve up until 10:00 p.m. we arrived back at the hotel at 8:45 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Having been raised in my father's Diner in New York from a young age I learned about the restaurant business and a good work ethic. Being considerate knowing that the workers the cook and the waitress would want to be able to go home at 10:00 we will arrived at the restaurant by 8:45. Because of waiting 20 minutes to be waited on it was now past 9:00 p.m. we finally ordered a very simple grilled cheese and tomato soup and was brought a burnt, very burnt grilled cheese and an almost Frosty tomato soup with a dirty look from the cook because he had to restart the grill he presumed that dinner was over with way before 10:00 p.m..
