The fact that you pay as much as you do for a night and still have to pay $30 a night for parking plus pay for breakfast is ridiculous in my opinion but those are my only complaints.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the venue e we were in town for. Upon check-in we found the carpet in our room to be soaked from a leaking a/c vent. When we notified the front desk they wanted to send maintenance to stop the leak, but did not offer us another room. I had to go down to the front desk and explain that even if maintenance fixes the leak, the carpet will still be soaked and that is unacceptable. We were begrudgingly moved to another room after that, but the lady at the front desk remained unfriendly to us for the rest of our stay, as if we were in the wrong for not wanting to stay in a room with a soaked carpets.
Parking is additional $30 per night and the continental breakfast is $10 per person. These additional fees are a joke when they’re already charging $250 a night.
Needless to say, we will be staying at different hotel next year when we are back in Ybor.

A parking fee of $30 per night is a scam since you are already paying for the stay. We will not be recommending this stay to others.

Everything is great except the parking, i believe if you pay to stay somewhere then parking should be included. It is an additional $30 per dsy to park. Seems that cost should be absorbed by the hotel.

Woken up twice by housekeeping on checkout day
Had a pretty good stay. The reception staff are super friendly, and the bar is nice. Room is a decent condition in the bed is comfortable.
Unfortunately my sleep was ruined twice by housekeeping, who decided on checkout today… When checkout is at 12 pm… To knock at 9 am, and 11 am, to clean the room. Housekeeping shouldn't be knocking at all on the day of departure. Would be a better rating if it wasn't for this.

This property is ideally located to great dining options and party options and cigars and so many good things. I did not move my car for the weekend. We were able to walk everywhere. Whenever we want to come to Ybor city, we stay here. Melissa at the front desk was awesome! She is a keeper.
