The hotel itself was great. When we checked in, we were never informed parking would cost money, and we were never asked about an incidental charge(putting a card on file). So when we came back to the hotel there was a letter under our door stating we had a balance. We went downstairs to figure out what the balance was and that's when we were informed about the parking and that we had to put a card on file because it got declined. I said having a card decline and having no card on file are completely different scenarios. My husband and i kept asking her exactly what she needed from us to fix it all and she got very short tempered with us. She asked us to put a card on file(to which i did) and she told me she would take the parking charges off for the inconvenience. I told her it wasn't necessary but it was very kind. An hour later, i had a pending charge on my card for parking๐ its still there but I'm hoping tomorrow it will fall off since it's pending. Overall, the hotel was clean, the rooms were a great size. We will definitely stay again but now i know what to expect.
