A convenient location if you're using the train station, but crossing the streest to get to the nearby shopping malls etc. is difficult. The building is aged, but the room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and air con strong. My main complaint is the weak Wifi, both the speed (only 10mbps) and signal strength in my room. The front desk was generous enough to upgrade my room for free -- thank you!

Overall good but few things been noticed :
1. The carpet at the corridor of the level is too dusty & dirty ( need immediate cleaning ).
2. There is no sign for Don't disturb or clean my room.
3. Before towels are kept inside the bathroom, please check if they are ok or torn in the middle.
4. Hotel Staff specially at the reception must keep some Tour & Travels number if they don't provide such services to ease the trouble.
Rest were all ok... I really like the breakfast.. many options

My first experience staying at Sahid Hotel Surabaya. The hotel is an old type of hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, my room was upgraded from superior to deluxe (thanks a lot btw), the room is very spacious and I like this type of room, it doesn't feel cramped, the room view is facing the city, the breakfast is delicious, the parking is spacious, the location is close to everywhere especially the Surabaya square, Monkasel, Plaza Surabaya and Gubeng station. First impression is satisfactory, with a cheap price I got a satisfying experience.
