This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The location is unbeatable: a surf spot right on the beach outside the hotel, swimming pool, and stunning nature all around. We spotted parrots, tropical birds, and even monkeys in the trees in the hotel area. The beach next to the hotel was perfect, during low tide it was great for exploring and relaxing, and at high tide, you could literally surf right up to the hotel. It's located at the quieter end of Tamarindo Beach, so it felt peaceful and laid-back. The breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We absolutely loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat.

We spent 9 nights at The Coast and had a wonderful experience. Our Beachfront room was clean and spacious, breakfast was simple but always delivered on time, the pool was lovely and clean and the beach is as private as you can get. The best part of our experience was the staff. Dejean and Michelle and the rest of the front office were friendly, accommodating and always there to please their clients. If you visit Tamarindo, this hotel will meet your expectations. And its a short walk to town

Best place ever in Tamarindo - quiet yet so close to everything! We had a view of both the garden and pool, and had breakfast on our patio each morning. Recommend to all!!

The Coast Beachfront Resort did not disappoint!! We stayed here with a group of 18 with 8 rooms. You are literally steps from the sand. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast was perfect. Every room had great views of the beach or pool. Walkable restaurants and bars along the beach and also short walk to everything in town. The hotel even supplies a gas grill which we used 2 nights of our stay. A big shout out to the staff who were very welcoming and accommodating. Hoping to get back for another stay!! Pura Vita😊

This hotel was perfect for us! Our balconies faced the pool and we were steps away from the beach. We loved the small size and personal attention. Deijon and Stefany were always willing to help answer questions and point us in the right direction! A couple fun touches…being welcomed with a fresh pipa fría (coconut water) and birthday flowers and chocolate covered coffee beans waiting for me in my room. The distance to town is about 10 minutes, and we loved being a little ways from all the people and busyness on the other side of Tamarindo. The beach chairs, hammocks, and boogie boards available were great. The continental breakfast delivered to our rooms was nice! We also appreciated the great recommendation on surf instructor Carlos and other tours we asked about. We want to go back in the future!

The Coast is an Awesome Spot and Right on the Beach, Nice Swimming Beach..Very Clean, Quiet..Breakfast included that is delivered to your room..Staff was Amazing..10/10.. Easy walk to Restaurants and Shops Would Definitely recommend and would Return

The staff at the hotel was AMAZING! They were all so accommodating, they even helped arrange transportation for our diving every morning. This hotel is great for a romantic vacation, nice and quiet, I would bring kids here as well. It's a quick walk to town, yet far enough away that you don't have a lot of traffic.

The perfect resort for peace and quiet in a tropical surrounding on the beach. My junior suite was opposite the pool just seconds from the beach. The room with kitchenette was spacious light and immaculate. Everywhere here is spotless. The king size bed very comfortable, the breakfast substantial delivered every morning. All the staff were superb: friendly,professional and helpful.The security was discreet and yet made me feel safe at all time. Very important to a not -so -young woman travelling solo. Restaurants and bars very close.A lovely walk on the beach for a refreshing Pina Colada. Free Hours everywhere. My favourite restaurant was Tabu (great vibes). Also La Palapa (on the beach). Loved every minute! Pura Vida
