Ok for the price. Room was big. Quite a distance from station but bus is available, just can't go too late. Onsen was good but the outdoor pool water wasn't hot enough.

The room is so small that you can turn around. The price is not worth it. The hygiene is barely good but not great. The facilities are too old. The waiter's attitude is perfunctory....

The water is free-flowing from the source, so it makes your skin silky. The water is a little warm, so you can take a bath with your children. I went there around 11:30, but there was no one there, so I was able to relax in a private setting.

On the first night of our stay, there were two sets of towels, yukatas, etc., but from the next day, everything was not properly set up and at 9pm there was no hot water in the room even though it had been running for 15 minutes! When we spoke to the front desk, they told us that the large public bath was open in the living room and that we should go there. The next morning there was no hot water either! We stayed six nights and for four days the hot water came and went, but it was lukewarm water only! The front desk was on the first floor and you could only go up the stairs from the first to the second floor! This hotel is barrier-free and a tourist hotel... A 500 yen breakfast was awful and the rice was not tasty! 5,000 yen on weekdays 6,000 yen on Saturdays It was the worst experience I've had in my life.
