"Located right in front of Viru Gate, the entrance to Tallinn's Old Town, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city from the higher floors. It's a very large hotel, attached to a shopping mall. There were no signs inside the mall, so it was difficult to find my way around on my first visit. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online."

"Strategic location in walking distance to OldTown, Ferry Terminal & main shopping mall (opposite road, H&M & grocery market at next buiding) Muslim food outlet also walking distance. Spacious and new modern room setting."

"New hotels with new facilities. Rooms look very clean but the housekeeper doesn't clean or refill coffee or tea every day during your stay unless you request. Staff at reception are very helpful, in particular the guy who works overnight. location is good, trams are outside the hotel. Low taxi cost for travelling to the centre. Breakfast is of good quality but lack of choice."

"Spacious.. The bed is one double, one single, one sofa bed, and the location is on the Old Town Hill. It was a bit cold even though there was a radiator. ㅜ Still very satisfied. I recommend it."

"The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really."

"During my three-night stay, outside room 221, two extremely bright upward-facing spotlights downstairs were left on all night, which severely disrupted my sleep. Despite drawing the curtains completely shut, the light still penetrated the room. I informed the front desk and asked if they could suggest to the adjacent shop to switch off these lights during the night. The front desk staff replied dismissively, stating that 'These are not hotel facilities, and we have no control over them.' They then added, 'If we were to speak to the adjacent shop and they refused, that would be another matter entirely.' It's unacceptable that you didn't even bother to speak to them, directly dismissing a guest's legitimate concern. Every future guest will be plagued by this light pollution, which will inevitably lead to a gradual decline in the hotel's business."

"Нету кондиционеров, вообще. Очень душно, за окном жара 27 градусов. Ночью пришлось спать с открытым окном, но на улице комары. В здании полным ходом идет ремонт, что тоже создаёт свои неудобства. Завтраки очень скудные. Бананы на завтраке лежали уже все черные. Персонал вежливый, спа отличное, бесплатная вода в номере. Сюда только ради спа, если просто остановиться на ночь, то лучше рассмотреть другой вариант."
