Very old castle appearance but the service staff and environment inside are also very beautiful, the front desk staff has a good smile, there are many types of breakfast, the room has a large balcony enough for the four of us to dance on it! Very good experience.
The Metropol Hotel is located near Old Town (most of the museums, churches and government buildings are located here). It is also near the ferry port; I would recommend visitors to Tallinn to take the two-hour ferry journey to Helsinki.
There are two distinct parts to the hotel: the Metropol Spa Hotel (a 4 star hotel with spa and swimming poo)l and the Metropol Hotel (a 3-star hotel).
The staff in the Metropol Hotel are very friendy, the rooms are spacious and one can purchase breakfast for €11. I recommend this hotel to visitors
Overall a great stay, room was clean and location decently close to the historic centre with a shopping mall and supermarkets around the area. Luggage storage worked well too. Can recommend to anyone. Make sure to claim your free water upon checkin as it’s not provided on the room which I cannot fully understand though, could be changed in my opinion…

Breakfast is very good (with dessert), the room is large and clean, the hotel is located between the pier and the ancient city (by Helsinki, Finland) is very convenient, the hotel price is also cheap, there is a supermarket opposite, it is recommended. (Tallin is worth a visit and feels more worthwhile than Helsinki)

The hotel has a great location in the old town so it’s very convenient and the design around the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have antique furnishings. Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

Out of service, I feel the service that the five-star hotel should have. The room said that it was upgraded for us, but in the room directly above the front door of the hotel, facing the opposite school, I feel that it is better to face the garden. Hotel breakfast is awesome, it is a single point plus self-service form, persuading the appetite is small and less, otherwise it can't be eaten, the self-service bread cake is super delicious, because I can't finish the time and pack it away. The hotel also has a private sauna, you can experience it and make an appointment in advance at the front desk. It took about 5 to 6 Euros to take a taxi from the terminal, and it will arrive in 10 minutes. The hotel is out of the old city center, and it is enough to stay in the old town for one night.

I liked the hotel, very convenient location, 1 minute from the Town Hall Square. There are nuances, but for this price you should not pay attention.
The staff is nice. The check-in was written on the site from 7 in the morning, we arrived at 7 and we checked in, although it seemed like they had hinted at 14.00, but I was looking for a hotel with early check-in, where the reservation indicated that we would arrive early. We rented a day, but it even turned out to have breakfast 2 times, with no questions and no extra charge.
Probably the only minus that I want to emphasize when leaving, we were asked if you used a bar, that is, a refrigerator where there was water, you had to pay for water. Not where it was not written about it.
We will return to this hotel with pleasure, because we liked its cleanliness, location and of course the price
Good apartment hotel. Rooms with small kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. Sound isolation is not very good, but everything else went smoothly. A little hard to find the entrance, TK is between park and other buildings. Taxi also comes not there)

Outstanding
SsybbiesontheroadThe room is clean and relative new. Breakfast is basic. The hotel restaurant was almost empty during lunch and still I had to wait forever to be served and for my order to be taken. The waitress was aware I entered the restaurant. That's a pity as the food was good.
JJiangzhaoliuThe hotels in radisson are very good and worth recommending. The location is superior, the price is reasonable, and the service is considerate. It is a hotel worthy of praise! great
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and 5 stars level,
the room I booked is excellent and the viw is good too. A little walking distance to sightseeing place , very worty about cp value and I recommend this hotel to you all,
GGuest UserThe hotel is newly renovated, clean and tidy, the front desk is friendly and the breakfast is rich. From the perspective of environmental protection, the hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers, but provides a large bottle of free mineral water. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the airport. There is a large shopping mall across the road next to it, which has everything to eat, drink and play, and a large supermarket. There is a bus stop on the side of the road at the door. You can take bus No. 2 to the old town of Tallinn. You can swipe your credit card directly on the bus, 0.9 euros.
GGuest UserDear sirs,
Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room
without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all,
how we could fit that room????
Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!!
Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ??
Thanks in advacne,

GGo-RavI recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible.
The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room.
The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.
TToptraveldesignExcellent location for visiting the city. Perfect structure for the family also with playroom for children, breakfast with a very varied and always well presented buffet. Very varied but cool pools. Clean room with a few small details to fix.

DDaviesRobertI’ve stayed in a few budget hotels over the last two years and this is up there with the best . Old town tallin was a ten minute walk , ferry terminal forty minutes walk and the coach station forty minutes walk . The room was spotlessly clean and the shower worked perfectly . The check in is in the adjacent hotel so no bother . I would like to come back to tallin and this would be my first choice hotel . The room I was in was nice and spacious. A glowing report from me and thank you city hotel
MMikeJMJonesThis is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

HHeerangThe condition of the room and shower room was clean, but there were cases where the condition of the bathroom was not good. And the condition of the bedding was also disappointing. The location is about 20 minutes by public transportation from the city center. The bathroom and shower room are shared, but there was no shortage.
