The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

So the thing to make sure before you check-in is to have your confirmation email. The entrance key code to the apartment building and your room is in the email.
There’s no reception at front desk and there’s no elevators. So if you’re carrying heavy luggage, good luck climbing up and down.
Location is perfect. Room is great.
Will book it next time when I’m traveling light.

High-quality apartment. A 10-minute walk from the center, clean facilities, and very attentive staff to help if you need anything. (Laundry included).

Everything was 10/10, even better, entertaining.
I may have not booked the property noticing that there is no lift. I had 2 large industrial cases and getting them even on the second floor was a challenge. There are also 3 stairs to the building and another half floor stairs behind the entry.

Highly recommended!
We had a great time at Bob's! We were two mothers and four children staying in a flat. Very easy to find, very easy to get in to the hotel despite no front desk. Very good communication. Nice slick and clean apartment at a good location. And a fantastic price as well! We'll definitely come back to one of Bob's hotels again.
