Zinc Old Town Hostel Tallinn

Stayed for one night while visiting Tallinn. The location was central and I was able to move around without using public transport. As for the service, the hotel staff did not open the door for a long time even when I pressed the bell, the explanation in English was quick and peculiar, so it was difficult to hear, and when I asked a question, I got a little sigh. I didn't. Also, there is a charge for luggage storage after 14:00, and although two people were using one locker, we paid 4€. I was surprised because I understood it was 2€ per locker. I was a little worried about the cleanliness of the bed linen with dregs. The toilets and shower rooms on our floor were dark, and there was only one toilet on that floor, but if we went upstairs, there were three toilets, a shower room, a hair dryer, and a washbasin. However, since there is only one hair dryer in the entire room, it would be nice to have more, and I would be happy if there was a foot cleaning mat. Many Japanese people think that it is natural for a hotel to have shampoo, slippers, toothbrush sets, and other amenities. However, I think that there are few such amenities overseas. (I think it's because I chose a cheap price...) The hotel here didn't even have shampoo, so if you want to take a shower, don't forget it! ︎

The clerk speaks Russian and English. The hotel is located about 100 meters from the old town hall. very close. There are also light rail and buses at the door to go directly to major shopping malls and the airport, which is very convenient. It is a hotel in the ancient city. I love so much. Next time I go back to Tallinn, I will stay here again.

HORRIBLE!! Et je pèse mes mots. Pour commencer, le réceptionniste est très désagréable, montre un dégoût vis-à-vis de ses clients. Aucun sens de l’accueil ni du service, méprisent ses clients lors de l'arrivée. L’emplacement de l’établissement est idéal mais se trouvant en dessus d’une boîte de nuit, il est impossible de dormir la nuit. Sans isolation sonore, il est très facile d’avoir accès au conversation des fêtards qui sortent prendre l’air juste en dehors de la boîte. La ventilation est inexistante. Une odeur nauséabonde plane dans tout l’établissement ainsi que dans la chambre. Ayant des problèmes de sonorisation durant la nuit, il est impossible de faire circuler l’air dans la chambre se qui la rend irrespirable. Nous avons dormir 5h sur les deux nuits passées dans l’établissement. En se qui concerne la cuisine, les frigos sentent la moisissure et n’est pas entretenu régulièrement. Notre expérience dans cette établissement était si particulière qu’il serait possible d’écrire nettement plus. À fuir immédiatement !!!!
