Just came from there. The place is old ,not old charming, is the kind of old should be put down. Wall papers just to cover molds. Floor ans wall super cold. I got sick in the second day. Second night there was no hot water. Than the owner wanted 350€ because we drop some wine in the bed. She claimed we destroy her paper wall,curtins and left the room dirty. My god. We have pictures that there was no trash on the floor. And the wine was only on the bed line. This is a scam. Stay away.

I liked the approach the owners have focused on: I can be on my own, there is automatic check-in, a quiet and peaceful place. Had very good rest and slept well. The room was warm, there was a private bathroom in mine. In the house there are also attic rooms, which are on the upper floor, there is a shared shower, which was clean and nice. We stayed with 2 families, so could experience different room types. I liked the feeling, that it is not just a “house to rent”, but it tells a story! the soul has been put into it. Recommend!

The house is so cute and cozy with a lovely garden which is great place to rest, I had a beautiful attic room it is pretty comfortable. Communication with owners is super, they are friendly and responsive.

The room was not cleaned from the previuous tenant. It took me a few days to cleant the floors and the dust. The owner did not care about this, since I was gonna stay for longer not just a weekend or a few days. All of the focus was on the upstairs rooms where the tourists were staying. In my short stay since the landlord visited the house briefly the houseguests asked me many times for different things for example toilet paper. Although the owner supposedly cleaned all the rooms and prepared for the weekend guests. There were many problems, but mainly the house is not managed well. The owner does not take responsibility for the unproffesional managment and just takes money from people on technicalities or scams tourists. I was billed with breaking a lot of stuff which was already broken ... Advise highly to stay from this house.

A nice house where you feel that time has stopped and everything is real and it is combined with a romantic interior design. You can feel that the whole concept is environmentally friendly in depth, not greenwashing. They don't even emphasize it in any way, but anyone who knows the field will understand. And would emphasize the wonderful selection of tea, which is usually a problem in places to stay.” Juta, Estonia

Horrible place, Room wasn't quite like the images.(old, dirty,,stinky)There is no car parking, You have to park your car on busy street. We could not find any common agreement with the Marta owner and lost all money Stay away from there or you will get bedbugs

Marta Guesthouse is a fabulous and beautiful place. I really recommend it. I was organising a wedding party for my friend at Marta Gueshouse's garden and was amazed how helpful and professional the staff members were - they definitely went for 'an extra mile' for the client - they helped me with every possible task (even with the tasks that they did not need to do such as catering and cleaning). I was so amazed by their professionalism. If you are looking for a cozy place in Tallinn where to stay overnight, or you need to organise a garden party - make sure you choose Marta Guesthouse! Staff seemed friendly and communication was easy beforehand with e-mail. Location close to city centre and public transportation was a plus. But the accommodation itself was disappointment. I understand the house is old and has it character but I got some issued with throat soreness which went off when got back home. So don't risk your health, theres probably mold. Our room wasn't clean (blood on the wall, bedlinen were ripped off). Own private toilet was a joke. Just a wooden door which left huge hole when you tried to close it, so no privacy at all. Nothing to clean the shower floor either. The place was tried to fix with nice decorations and retro stuff, which doesn't really help the bigger problems. With these prices I can't recommend

Сегодня наша идеальная картинка о прекрасном городе Таллине разбилась об этот обшарпаный быт и вид!!! Девочки-спортсменки приехав на соревнования, в другой город,несколько сотен километров от дома были просто в шоке!!!!! Всё, что нужно знать об этом отеле!!!! Наверно там даже бомжи не селятся, боятся заразу какую нибудь подцепить, а на Booking номер стоит 44 евро!! И фотографии очень отличаются от реальности!!!!
