I'm on the second floor and there's no elevator but the staff helped me carrying my luggage upstairs.

The staff at the reception was rarely there. There's an whatsapp number, but I've never got a proper response in time. Make sure you call them if you have something urgent. I had one such bad experience in the following: I had a problem with the physical key to the room. I tried to call the staff via whatsapp, and was told that he would arrive in only 30 minutes - that was already 23:00 in the midnight. Fortunately, he came within 30 minutes. Had he not, I would definitely have switched to other hotels.

The location is great. A towel was given which was amazing. The outside terrace was cute too. BUT they should definitely find a way how to ventilate properly in bathrooms & bedrooms because the air condition was horrific. As an addition I would recommend to offer ear plugs.

Check-in at 3pm was no problem, but there was no one there before noon! If your luggage cannot be stored, your travel time is wasted! Taking a shower at night and no hot water? ! Such low-level needs cannot be met. The temperature in Eastern Europe is only 10℃. It’s strange that you don’t get sick even if you take a cold shower! The most important thing is: the hotel customer service WhatsApp message has been read and cannot be replied. What do you think? Strongly not recommended!

The service is okay and the facilities are okay. The disadvantage is that there are not enough clear warnings from the residents. If you can't hear the sound of snoring, don't stay in the dormitory. In the middle of the night, it’s boring to do bed-making and fussing. I couldn't get enough rest.

The shower head of the toilet equipment is malfunctioning, it is super difficult to use😮💨 The door of the girls' dormitory can be locked without a key It is completely impossible to know whether other people will enter after everyone goes out🤔

I didn't make it in time for check-in and didn't meet the receptionist, but my room key was on the counter so it wasn't a problem. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. There is a hair dryer in the staircase area on the 2nd floor and it seems you can use it freely. I only had to drop my room key in the return slot when I checked out early in the morning, so it was no problem. This is just about the town itself, but the streets are basically made of brick so it was difficult to get around with a large suitcase. Next time I visit, I'd like to carry my luggage in a backpack. Thank you.

Good. The seaside city of Tallinn feels different from other cities in the three Baltic countries. Beautiful views of the city by the sea. The distance from the hostel is not bad, and it is a walking distance to the scenic spot. According to the price, the condition is also ok. It is that Tallinn is very windy at night, which may be a bit cold for those who are afraid of the cold. Overall, it is very suitable for tourism. According to the level of youth hostels, this one is also okay.

Located in the beautiful old town. The toilet and shower are very clean. Bath towels are placed on the bed for free. Anyway, it was a very good hostel.

I can’t comment on the staff since I didn’t see one person from the time I arrived and I stayed two nights. However, I must say that when I booked the RoomIt did not state that I had a shed bathroom which normally tell you.

The hotel is quite good and confortable, nice central location and warm bed. Still the rooms should be more insulated from external noise as you can clearly hear noise from other rooms very easily
