Very disapointed. I had a reservation, but they didn't have our number free and for that they didn't even give us a compensation. Also the staff lady was rude to us. If you go to holidy or other buisnes to Kakumäe I kindly sugest that you chose a different hotel.

Total disapointment. In the Best summerseason restaurant and bar are closed and they did not tell this In threir website. And location is at least seven kilometers from the city. Kampai by Kim Mikkola In Noblessner saved the evening and we got great food. Never again to this hotel. Can't recommend to anybody.

I visited my sushi to order take away, I showed the grumpy waitress a combo on a table and told her that this is what I want to order and two more sushi plates. I waited in the restaurant for a whole hour and nobody told me that my order was ready although 3 waiters were right in front of me. On top of it when I asked where was my order one of them gave it to me with another grumpy face. When I got to my room the combo was completely different from what I had shown them. The quality and taste was medium to bad and the sea **** smell was strong. If you take away check before you go that the order is correct and don’t try it if you want to eat quality sushi. I also just want to say to the staff that your faces look grumpy as if you are bored and miserable. That’s really rude.

We had room 401. Small, dirty, old, mold in the shower, window was 25 cm high and about 60 cm wide. Bad beds and zero cleaning. Breakfast terrible. You have to bring your own cutlery, plates and serviettes. So nothing covered. Cafe machine a Saecco Office from 1990 and dirty. Unfriendly staff. Then wanted to go to the bathroom and sauna in the afternoon. Then it said only from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and then 20 euros per person. There was also a Finn who had complained. Because he arrived in the afternoon and wanted to go swimming with the children. Wanted 60 euros. The hotel is the worst I've seen so far. I don't understand why this hotel has 4 stars. 2 stars would be too much. Any hostel is always better than this hotel.

Arriviamo e veniamo accolti da personale maleducato e arrogante e con fare indisponente. Già solo questo merita zero stelle. La camera un po' datata, il bagno con la doccia da rivedere e lo scarico che si intasava. Letto relativamente comodo. La colazione nulla di eccezionale. Nota positiva la signora della reception alla mattina. Consiglio: più empatia ed educazione. N.B. parlare nella vostra lingua davanti al cliente credendo di non essere capiti è un grande errore!!

Хорошо отдохнули, в номере было все что нужно, завтрак отличный, после сходили в бассейник с сауной, очень расслабляет)) Хорошее начало отпуска!!! Было бы хорошо, если бы сауна была совместной, а так у женщин и мужчин отдельно
