I really don't recommend this accommodation. It's impossible to get service or answers to questions before your trip. I've requested a cancellation ovet 3 weeks in advance and I can't reach anyone. Emails are left unanswered, on phone they requested to send the info on whatsapp and once I did that they haven't answered. I do not recommend to book a room from them.

прожил в отеле 4 месяца, раз в неделю срабатывает пожарная сигнализация, заплатил залоговые деньги и не могу забрать .оплату принемают разные люди, .потом не докажешь что оплатил проживание. консьерж на рецепшине отсутствует при просмотре номеров цена одна, при поселении уже возрастает. интернет отвратительный.
