Due to this hotel's malfunctioning website, we unknowingly booked two rooms instead of one for the same days. The hotel did not discover this until we had already checked in, and though they acknowledged this was a mistake (I received an error message in my first attempt at booking and no confirmation), they insisted that we pay for both rooms. They cited their "no late cancellations" policy and made no attempt to accommodate us. I'm sure they enjoyed rebooking the second room and getting paid twice. Zero respect for their customers. Avoid.
