It would be great if there was a kettle in the room. It is always helpful to have that.

Breakfast is served here until 11am. Breakfast is a little expensive since they serve lunch until 3pm, but the quality and variety are a little higher. For me, the baked beans were delicious.
The location is close to the ferry terminal, so it's close from the ferry, but it's several kilometers from Riga bus station, which is not a problem if you go by tram. (I was able to get there in about 40 minutes on foot.)
Each room has a liquid soap dispenser in the shower booth and sink. The hair dryer is attached to the sink, and there is a TV, but it doesn't have many channels, and it freezes and messes up a lot, so I don't think I use it much. There is a telephone but no electric kettle.
The heating is just barely enough to keep me from freezing.

I am very satisfied with the hotel in Tallinn, mainly because of its good location, close to the pier, and surrounded by very good shopping malls and attractions. The price is not as expensive as in the city center.

I posted my rating on google : I recently stayed at the Tallinn Express Hotel (like most people I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels… this one is at the bottom), and while the service was acceptable, my experience was far from ideal. Despite booking a double twin room, I was given a room with two single beds. This was a significant inconvenience and a deviation from what was promised.
The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. The lobby was filled with loud music playing well past 1 AM. This, coupled with the paper-thin walls, made it impossible to escape the cacophony. The sound of neighboring TVs, loud conversations, and particularly the sound of children running and screaming through the halls early in the morning, severely disrupted my stay.
For anyone who values a good night’s sleep, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of incorrect room allocation and excessive noise makes it unsuitable for restful stay.

We got a room that was already in someones use.
The cost of spa services should be better displayed on the ebookers website. The website states that there is access to the spa, but nothing of the extra cost.
Breakfast was really good with lot of options. Location was also good for our stay.

Employees shall smile to customer while serving vs just serve. If you advertise spa as part of facility, you can not ask for on top payment.. somewhere in the deep note it is mentioned that i told, but who reads all? It would be very disappointing for a family, not necessarily having budget for extra payment

Nice and comfortable hotel very close to the harbor. You can reach the centre of the old city by foot in 5 minutes. You can also enjoy the Spa of the twin hotel paying 10 euros. Recommended

This is what it says on the tin it’s a budget hotel - if that’s what you expect then you won’t be disappointed. The room was clean but dated. The bed was comfy - small pillows but if you ask reception they will give you another. Shower Water pressure was good. Communal areas were really nice and updated. And the tv in our room had some English channels - nice way to wind down after 22k steps. 5 min walk to the ferry terminal for Helsinki. We paid €140 for 3 nights. My only flaw on this hotel was on the Saturday night most of the rooms on our Floor had 13 year olds staying in them, there wasn’t an adult in sight and from 9 - 11 pm they were running up and down the corridors banging on their friends doors and then slamming doors, the walls were thin so they shook everytime a door was slammed. We did ask them to stop several times and called reception however apparently the rules are they can make as much noise as they like until 11pm. Another thing to note is that there is no kettle in the room - hand wash and body wash in the bathroom. Also bolt eats deliver to the hotel.
