Response from Property: Dear guest, First of all, we would like to apologize for the late response. And to thank You that You have chosen Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn for Your previous stay. Although it is sad to hear that You were not satisfied with Your accommodation room. Unfortunately yes, during high season the prices might get higher than usual. As well as in any hotel. And due to the package offers, we have for Deluxe rooms, they do have non-private 1h sauna use included in the price, this is also only in the mornings. The Spa-sauna area is usually for an extra charge for a lower category room and for guests outside the hotel. This is truly unfortunate and we do understand Your complaint and we feel extremely sorry that we did not manage to meet all of Your expectations! We hope that You can give us another chance to welcome You back for a future stay!
