Crossing the road from the hotel is the gate of Estonia. The hotel is very good, cheap and big rooms, the price in Estonia is not high, it is suitable for shopping, and it can be refunded. It is much cheaper than domestic purchase. My wife bought a Zara sweater at 230 yuan. I I bought a shirt and sweater for only 10 Euros. We have fallen in love with Estonia. In addition to shopping, it is also great to eat. The characteristic steak of the City Hall is only 15 Euros. It takes three people to finish it. There are many beautiful women on the street. Said

This hotel has satisfied absolutely all our requests. Located in a quiet respectable area in 12 minutes of rushed walk to the old city. Large rooms. Modern design. Comfortable beds. Extraordinaryly comfortable bedding. Conceived lighting. Absolutely no reason for criticism from the point of view of comfort and convenience. Breakfast is abundant, diverse. It is served absolutely the same every day, but everyone will find the necessary and acceptable options for himself. We travel around the world and always stay in hotels with spa centers. The design, the convenience offered in this hotel, we liked it very much. A magnificent sauna and Turkish bath filled with the fragrance of the eucalyptus. Glass walls that do not limit space. Comfortable temperature in the pool. Extremely efficient underwater massage. Before booking at the hotel, I contacted Olga Sorokina Reservations coordinator and received immediate and effective assistance from her. So for us a big surprise was how chmury, unfriendly, uninterested in the clients front desk workers. They do their job as if they serve punishment. At check-out we didn't even hear the duty ”how was your stay?” Only this moment caused confusion. In general, the hotel is really great.

From check in until check out it has been a remarkable stay. The Suite had a stunning view, the snack delivered to the room was delicious, the mini bar had a good selection of drinks, while the wines tasted very cheap. The only thing I need to criticise and why I cannot give 10 points is the Lounge experience. First the check-in counter did not give me an invitation to the lounge while I have a qualifying status and only after checking eligibility online I asked for permission to access. During the period of the stay in the lounge there has been no staff, so whenever a snack or drink ran out there was no-one to re-fill and also no-one to clean up. On the other hand breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also I liked the long time to enjoy breakfast, as I am not a morning person. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and we are looking forward to be coming back some time in the future.

The choice to upgrade the room to one with air conditioning was the right choice, since there was a heatwave in Tallinn during our stay. The room was very roomy and quiet, too. The staff at the lobby bar were helpful and ready even to prepare a whiskey sour for us, even though it is not the most typical drinks choice. All in all, very very comfortable!

I didn't get the check in email at first so i had to call them, but after they it was a breeze. My room was a little small so there wasn't much room to store and manage my luggage easily. The shower stall was a little small so you either touched the shower fixture or the cold curtain. I liked how the bathroom floor was heated so if it got wet especially from the shower, it dried quickly. I made use of the kitchen so that was a plus. It is inexpensive, less than a block from bus/tram stop which takes 5-10 minutes to main Old Town area. I had a balcony which was nice, however it was still pretty cold out.

Very ice and cozy place to stay. Rooms are really small, probably more suitable for one person not a couple. Everything modern and comfortable, very nice and modern bathroom, only their mattress was too tough (not American style, ha-ha). They have a very nice lobby with bar and a restaurant . Really close to everything: 2 min drive from bus station, 5-7 from airport, less than 10 min walk to the old city. What I didn't like: staff charged me for an early check-in almost the same what I paid for one day. And I had problem with charging my phone, the socket didn't work or maybe I didn't understand how to use it, it was more complicated than just insert you charger into socket)))) But anyway this hotel is certanly much better than you expect from economy for less than 40 euro per night. If you travel to/from Tallinn by bus or air and want to be closer to bus station/airport, if you're solo traveler or couple but need hotel for 1-2 nights and don't have much luggage, I highly recommend this place

The Mercure Tallinn is a newly-refurbished hotel a short walk from Tallinn International Airport. The Ülemiste Centre, Estonia's largest shopping and entertainment venue, is also right next door. Tallinn Old Town is less than a ten-minute drive away. Plus, free onsite parking helps make guests with cars feel at home. No car? No problem! Plenty of public transport options make getting around easy. Enjoy a perfect night's sleep before or after a flight; the hotel is ideal for business or family stays.

GGuest User 2023.06.07
This if former ”Ulemiste hotel”, recently rebranded to ”Mercure”. If not mistaking, some period during and post-covid it was not functioning. From interior/exterior point of view nothing much changed, even colours and furniture remained original from previous hotel. Food quality during breakfast slightly improved, didn't try restaurant onsite, but must say bar doesn't have draught beer, only bottled. Bed was comfortable, sound insulation reasonable. The only downside - permanently changing temperature of water from hot to cold. Parking free for hotel guests. 100m from hotel - large ”Ulemiste” shopping mall with many shops and places to eat. Overall would recomend, if you don't desperatelly want to stay in old city. Myself would stay if price offer is attractive only.

GGuest UserReally relaxing experience. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a fridge, tube and ”a living room”. No loud noises and really peaceful to sleep. Hotel's location is excellent and small spa is a nice extra. We have stayed here many times before but not in this kind of new and fancy room. Breakfast was really good but some really young servants were maybe a little too eager to pick up the dishes and it was too funny to follow the customers holding up their plates while eating to not to loose them. Must be some compatition or bonuses coming :)

KKristine SergejevaReally great place very close to an amazing park and the seaside promenade. They have an amazing bistro where the borscht was absolutely divine. I loved the concept of the coworking space, DIY room and Yoga room. The only negative comment I have - I didn't appreciate breakfast staff member trying to talk with us only in Russian. She didn't know English and I'm not sure if she knew Estonian. Slightly upsetting.

You couldn't score a better location in the city center. The main department store is 5 min walk away, the beautiful Old Town is a 10 min walks, not to mention all the great restaurants and coffee shops that you only have to step out for. And for anything that's further away, the tram stop is pretty much next to the building. The apartment was very beautiful, stylisg and clean and remote check-in and check-out is great for those who want to be private and get a feel of actually ”living” in the apartment. The bed was super comfortable, the towels soft and there were even great quality soaps, shampoos etc in the bathroom (from Rituals). Everything you need in the kitchen as well + a coffee machine with beans. Even some books to read. My absolute only complaint would be the check-in and check-out times. 3pm check-in and 12am (like most hotels have) would be so much more convenient, especially when on vacation. NB! Keep in mind there's no elevator, so if you have a lot of stuff or a baby with a pram etc, that's just something to consider.

GGuest UserThis hotel was very modern. Stayed here for three nights. Our room was roasting. Couldn't turn thr air con down and no windows to open. However the following day when we informed reception he had a maintenance worker visit or room and turn off the radiator. Thank you! Room was spotless and thr bed comfy. Toiletries are provided. As was a safe and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was of a good standard, with the usual choice of hot and cold, fruit and salads etc. All the staff were really friendly. The hotel is approx 10min walk from the nearest tram stop, but we don't mind the walk Definitely would stay here again

The decoration of the room is typical Scandinavian style. There is a clothesline in the bathroom (look carefully at the white line in the first picture). The room is well ventilated. The thick socks and autumn clothes and trousers washed at night will dry after waking up I regret that I brought too much clothes. Western breakfast: bread, cheese (and blue cheese) bacon, cured fish skin, sandwiches, fruits, coffee, vegetables, juice. The surrounding shopping and special food are very convenient. The disadvantage is that there is no scenery outside the room window.

GGuest UserWe had reservation for superior room for three person and realised at the hotell, that the room, apart from having a stunning view to Old town, was quite small for three adult size persons (me and my teens aged 13 and 15). Receptionist was kind to uprade us to family room with a small extra payment, even though we have made reservation via Tallink, and the room was just perfect. Service was super good and location of the hotell is perfect, just outside of Old town and next to Balti Jama Turg.

NnidriksVilla Kadriorg is a budget friendly hostel/hotel that is on a direct bus route to the old town. If not for major upgrade works to the tram network then I believe it would also be on the tram line. I found my room comfy enough, if a little warm. It was a very warm few days in Tallinn though. Sadly, my room was right above a bar playing music until past 10pm. If you needed an early night to catch transport then that might be a problem. There's free WiFi and a small shared kitchen. The shared showers were a little grubby, but I suspect that is to be expected. There was also a bit of noise from some of the younger guests after 10. Sounds like I had a miserable stay but that is not so. Just be aware that the price will attract youngsters. I'd say that Villa Kadriorg is good value for money and a fine place to rest a weary head after a long day walking around beautiful Tallinn.
