Ein Traum in Dalara Land. Wie in einem Freilichtmuseum sind die Unterkünfte auf dem Areal verteilt. Über dem nahen Siljan See gelegen. Der Empfang und die Bewirtung war excelent. Die Zimmer sind einfach, alt aber charmant eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig. Das Restaurant bietet für das 3 Stern Hotel, das zu den Europa Historik Hotels gehört eine gute Küche. Essen und Wein haben moderate Preise. Besonders auffallend war das junge Team am Abend. Die Damen aus Senegal, Sambia und Usbekistan haben einen Spitzenjob erledigt. Auch Robert und Erwing haben hohen Service geliefert.

Got one of the 2 rooms in a separate building. Apart from the hotel, there are also small cottages suitable for families. The breakfast buffet was good and in good weather it’s possible to sit outside on the small terrace. In the evening we ate a burger which was a disappointment. It didn’t feel home made, but more like it had come straight from the freezer to the frying pan. Location is excellent and the view over the big lawns beautiful. There’s a big terrace, where guests can overlook the nice views. One afternoon a deer was crossing the car park.
