This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they give away a room I reserved, but they also charged me an extra 250 for a food stain on the pillow and called it vomit and charged us for a broken sink that was broken when we entered the room. Since we had an ironing board in front of the sink, it was impossible to break it! Don’t stay here because they’ll charge you for things already raggedy and broken in these ugly rooms.

It's ironic that the new hours (9am to 5pm) say "to better serve you" when they are far more limited than before. With the room keys only lasting 30 days, this will be an ongoing issue for me every month. I am gone to work before you open, and not back until after close. I am not here on Saturdays because I am out of town. What's your solution? This was an issue last night when I was locked out.

I have stayed at this hotel before, it is clean, comfortable, and affordable. The people at the front desk are very courteous and attendant and of course, efficient. I did have a problem with my television, and the girl from the front desk did come and show me what I needed to do.

To start I realize this hotel will use one of their bot answers that says they will try harder and please come again so we can do better, blah blah blah. This hotel looked great in the photos and upon getting there the lobby and dining area looked great, but the money has gone into the front end and it appears they are trying to really push their student apar**ents at another location. We had no counter in the bathroom so the towels were on a shelf about 2 ft from the ceiling and since this room looked to be for seniors or handicapped it would be difficult to reach these towels. No where to place anything like deodorant, toothpaste etc. The tub had grab bars as did most of the bathroom but the tub was not for handicap or some seniors and there was not soap or body wash in shower so had to use shampoo. No way to contact the office and we were in bldg B , so walked from there to lobby to get extra toilet paper because there was only a quarter of the roll left and no tissue so toilet paper did double duty. The table had a round glass top that was not secured to the base so we could not use it because it would have slid off and crashed. We had take out and used the outside picnic table which was new and in good shape. I do not recommend this hotel.

Don't let any glowing reviews you might see of this place fool you like they did me...this place sucks! Anyone who rates this place higher than 2 stars must have incredibly low standards for what they consider a good hotel stay and even lower standards for cleanliness. What they are charging for a one night to stay in this dump is outrageous, and they had the audacity to charge me extra because I was traveling with a pet. As soon as I walked into the room, I knew I was in for a disappointing stay. The "recent renovations" include a messy paint job, some new flooring, and some newer cheap furniture in trendy neon colors. The room was dark and dingy and the bathroom was disgusting, complete with a dirty floor and used soap left in the grimy shower. I felt bad for my cat who had to walk around this place barefoot. I, myself, kept my shoes on to walk around, didn't even shower for the one night I was there, and slept in my clothes because I felt so grossed out. I will say that the bed linens seemed clean, but I barely slept because I was worried about bugs crawling on me (thank goodness my cat was there to catch and kill the several bugs we saw in the room). The best part of my stay was leaving early the next morning. The only people I would recommend this motel to are my exes and my enemies as an act of revenge. If you value cleanliness and comfort in a hotel stay, heed my warning and DO NOT stay here!

Thé room was clean. The mattress comfortable. I didn’t use the pool but that was available. Didn’t try the breakfast either, so I can’t vouch for that. The worst I can say is that the wine bar was once again not operable.

Heaters don’t work, the rooms are dirty, we asked for new sheets for over a week and they never gave them to us, the beds are uncomfortable, and no one’s on site after 10pm despite their website saying 24hrs. and besides all of this, I was walked in on by two of the women in the office while I was asleep half naked. It was 11:00 and they were claiming it was checkout time…checkout isn’t until 12:01 according to google. When they saw me they just shut the door and laughed saying they were gonna call the cops. I’ve never been so humiliated/scared staying in a hotel before and I’m from Phoenix, Az. The workers here don’t care. Do yourself a favor and just go across the street to the other hotels, they’re nicer and actually open 24hrs.

We arrived late after a 7-hour drive only to find the lobby locked. We have called the phone number multiple times but no answer. We found a set of key cards in a box outside the door, but they don't work. It is 2am, and we are exhausted. The property looks well kept, but since we paid for the room, we really would like to sleep in it. It would have been easy to contact us (since we had noted the intended late arrival when we booked it) or to post instructions on the lobby door.

This is our second time at Seven Hills Suites. We love it! Very clean and updated. Staff is always super friendly. Convenient to FSU, grocery store for stocking up our son’s dorm and restaurants. Also right off the interstate. This is our preferred hotel when visiting FSU.
