Overall experience is good. Place is great we enjoyed the pool especially the pool waves and kiddie slides. Evening lights are spectacular, the place is truly wonderful! There are activities for each family, there are kiddie rides too.. Accommodation designs are cute and eye catching, however there are water bubbles accumulated from wall paints from our room. We enjoyed the spa too.
There's a shuttle service from and to bacolod with a fee.
Food tastes good but cleanliness from utensils are questionable. Too crowded on weekends.

An overnight stay is not recommended. The blankets are too small and not suitable for a cold weather which is expected in a highland resort. Our door in bonita hut is broken. Too few power sockets and is also broken. And the most terrible part is there’s no available housekeeping and front office 24/7 which is very wrong for a HOTEL and resort.

We were there a couple of years ago. The place is okay but so-so, perhaps because most of the areas were undergoing repair at the time. I'm writing this review in reference to the animal cruelty issue as evidenced by videos in social media showing crippled stray dogs wailing in pain. If you're a cause-motivated individual, this is one place to cross off your list.

The resort's scenery and amenities are indeed stunning, but what really sets it apart is the amazing staff. Their steadfast dedication to ensuring guest pleasure made my stay into an amazing experience. I heartily urge anyone searching for a holiday where the setting is equally as magnificent as the service to check out this resort.

Nice resort. Beautiful environment. Though for me, the walking is strenous, uphill, downhill, with many steps - not for seniors and PWDs. Limited rooms for accommidation. Pricey, too. Can be the resort's improvement to add more rooms. Only 1 main restaurant, location may be far depends on your chosen cottage, but there were food kiosks on some parts.

Spent almost P30,000 at your resort, expecting a great time, but it fell short. Dead bugs on the stairs and a room stench welcomed me and my family. Asked for a new room, got a Lysol spray. Toilet issues, messy plumber, and no front desk help. AC struggled, hot water issues, and no real solutions offered. Despite my concerns, only got 500 pesos back. Disappointed with the experience and hope you take this seriously for future guests.
