Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

Everything was excellent, Johnson made sure our tent was clean and stocked. He was wonderful! The Mara camp was gorgeous with incredible views at all points and the outdoor shower was exquisite. The views on the way were amazing. It was lush and green tucked away into a glorious oasis. My jaw dropped and I was in awe of everything. Going with a safari group was wonderful and easy to navigate. I appreciate the distance between rooms/tents. The tents are set in beautiful lush greenery. The restaurant at the camp was delicious with plenty of options. Something I loved was that there was WiFi in the main areas but not in the tents. It forced me to be present and off social media.

Overall had a great stay here for 2 nights, staff were welcoming and friendly, worth mentioning Patrick on the front desk who was very pleasant and informative and always had a smile on his face and Brenda who was well organised and efficient and she seemed to know everything. Finally Martin who looked after us at meal times was a joy to be around to and to talk to. The overall room was great and spacious and the singer at dinner time by the fire was lovely! Only point would be that out room backed on to a pathway that staff used so just had to be conscious that our outdoor area wasn’t fully private.

We have had the most amazing time at the Prideinn Mara Camp. Nick has looked after us so well during every meal and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed singing and dancing. Our accommodation was lovely. Perfect way to end our week in Kenya.
