I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.

Everything was excellent. Really friendly personnel, good food at restaurant. The only bad was bathroom was dirty.

It's not bad. Nice and well located. However, there are details that force you to choose another place for a new trip to the area. The air conditioning never worked. We had a very hot room on the fourth floor. In addition, the wall had obvious signs of humidity and leaks. Oh and courtesy is always welcome, friends!

Thank you to your staff, who made your stay very pleasant. Respect and kindness is what is felt in the hotel. Very spacious rooms, large bed. Very comfortable pillows. Restaurant with a limited menu, but very well prepared, abundant dishes. Good wine at reasonable prices and of course the attention of the waiter and staff in the 5-star dining room.
