Thank you so much for having us. We are spent here three days and our small holiday was great. The food is really tasty and all guys who work there quite friendly. In the ski room you can find high quality ski equipment and get the best service as well. Thank you so much for everything.

It’s a wonderful place. The hotel staffs very kind and helpful, expacially restaurant staff. Breakfast and dinner are open buffet at the hotel. Great in variety and taste. Cookies, cakes and pastries served during afternoon tea and coffee are also wonderful. It is possible to fault the indoor pool, steam room, sauna and Turkish bath free of charge. Massage and spa services are paid. There is a playground for children and a large playground for all ages. The finishing area is at the door of Develi. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the finishing. You can go up the mountain with fun and chairlift. The only minus in my opinion is that it does not have a free shuttle service for the Tekir Gate The shuttle from the hotel to the ski area can also pass through the tabby gate as a ring. At least for some hours this can be achieved..

We choose the hotel based on the reviews and we did well. It was PERFECT! From the food with vast variety - vegetables, meat, fish and seafood and a sweet bar to an excellent service. A shout out to amazing Hilal who we called an angel, always with a smile on a face and ready to serve us another beer :) The rooms were super clean and the hammam is probably even better than in Kayseri. We had fun in the evening in playroom and wanted to join for karaoke but there are too many things to do in the hotel! Seriously, we didn't want to leave and next year this is an obvious choice. Skiing in Erciyes is just wonderful.

Amazing stay, nice hotel, perfect food - a lot of variety and very tasty. Friendly and helpfull staff always prepared to help with anything. My kids loved gaming room and I enjoyed wellness including hammam room. I can just recommend to everybody!

Best ski hotel ever! Especially all stuff Hilal, Hatun, Eleina and many, all of them from reception to Apres, 10 times food in a day with everything You need and shutlles to mountains, live music. Everything was super! Even if it is like 5 min walking to slopes, shuttles is at Your Service. Also cabins at slopes also!! Definetlly come back

Very good hotel restaurant the waitress hilal was amazing with a constant smile on her face and willingness…. when he walks around the restaurant with an incredible amount of plates in his hands, he resembles a doe going to a well in the middle of the forest

Classy hotel with good accommodation and helpful staff. Got a room with a fantastic view of the snowy mountains. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with a wide variety of delicacies to choose from. Evening snacks and tea was also very commendable. Mr Ukuf at the reception and the rest of the team at Das 3917 were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a very good time here.

One of the best service that I've experienced. Delicious cuisine, comfy room, Apres etc. I definitely recommend everyone! The only challange is the distance between the track but shuttle service works incredibly fine! Not only for families but also for adult vacations I'd like stay again.

Great time with my family and friends, magical views of volcan hill. Ski slopes was perfectly prepared. Perfect service at dinner time by Hilal waitress. Great food, comfortable rooms. Heaving wonderful time, thanks for everything see you next year!!!
