From comfort to hospitality. The staff and manager of APA-Tree, Benny was super helpful and so kind, patient friendly I give everything 110% I loved every moment at APA- Tree, most comfortable and clean rooms. With soft like cloud beds. It has made my experience in Khokkloi amazing.
Aleenta Resort And Spa, Phuket-Phangnga

Our recent stay at Aleenta Phuket – Phang Nga Resort & Spa left much to be desired, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by several glaring issues. The room conditions were far from the expected standards of a five-star resort. Outdated decor, worn-out furnishings, and signs of neglect were evident. The lack of maintenance was disappointing, with visible issues like chipped paint and malfunctioning items. The hotel exhibits a clear lack of maintenance and overdue renovations both in the rooms and common spaces. The restaurant's disorganization was a major drawback. Waiting times for tables were excessively long, and even when seated, the service was far from smooth. Dirty tables, missing glasses, napkins, and other essentials were recurrent issues, painting a picture of a poorly managed dining environment. This, coupled with the high prices for subpar quality, left a sour taste. For a purported five-star establishment, the lack of employee training and coordination was glaringly evident. Throughout the stay, service was consistently mediocre, lacking the professionalism one would expect. It is disappointing that the positive efforts of Assistant Manager Noo and employee Ham were overshadowed by the systemic issues plaguing the hotel's overall operation. One of the most concerning aspects of my stay was the consistently unclean restaurant area. Over the course of five days, there was no evidence of proper cleaning of the restaurant area, creating an unhygienic atmosphere that is simply unacceptable in a hotel setting. In conclusion, Aleenta Phuket – Phang Nga Resort & Spa fell short of expectations, with numerous issues ranging from maintenance and service quality to hygiene standards. Despite the commendable efforts of a few staff members, the overall experience was marred by systemic problems. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not consider returning in the future.
The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa

We arrived at the HotSpring Beach Resort at the end of June '23, just a week after a new General Manager had started his new role - something we found out because he was actively meeting and greeting guests and will obviously be a great asset to the resort. He is overseeing a huge number of renovations and upgrades due for completion by the end of 2023 - and so any older reviews that speak of the resort needing some attention will now likely be redundant as the place is undergoing a major - and impressive - facelift. We were thrilled by our spacious room, the fantastic hot spring pools and the excellent contrast of the icy 'chill' pool (a rarity in Thailand, where refreshingly cold water to dip in is not so common). The staff were friendly and courteous throughout, and the grounds all the way to the beach are quite wonderful. Of course, in any transformation there is always something that still needs tweaking. Our two recommendations to the resort would be to enhance the taste and the number of vegetarian options of breakfast, which was generally a little on the bland side (though we ate two a la carte dinners at the resort restaurant which were outsanding and quite delicious). The other recommendation is to keep the beach free of the relentless flow of plastic and other garbage which the sea washes up. Although this is so common everywhere, and certainly not the fault of the resort, the beach gets a daily deposit of bottles and other plastics, and it would be great to see some efforts being made to collect and tidy the beach area as it's not huge, and this would certainly be an hour well-spent. Overall, highly recommended for a stay here - it's a unique place with such relaxing waters and the sense you're in the middle of a tropical forest with secret thermal springs just waiting to be discovered. If you're there in low season of June/Jule like us, then you won't see too many other people around and you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Definitely worth a visit!
Baba Beach Club Natai Luxury Pool Villa Hotel by Sri Panwa

We stayed at the 2 bedroom pool villa for 3 nights. The room was extremely spacious along with comfortable beds and cool air-conditioning amidst the hottest times of Thailand. The pool in the room is relatively big for most pool villas with comfortable sofas and ceiling fans to lounge around. Don't be fooled by the limited breakfast selection, there is a lot you can order from the menu which is a great idea as the food is prepared fresh to order. Selection variety was wide enough to try a bit of everything through 3 days. One morning we had an early tee-off time and the staff was happy to prepare a breakfast box for us.

My friend is doing business in Phuket. I went to the hotel several times. I booked this hotel. The breakfast was OK. I recommended fried rice. The fried rice is really delicious. The facilities are quite new, the environment is good, quiet and quiet. The location is a bit biased, it is recommended to rent a car for one night, and then there is a restaurant near the top of the mountain, the ambient air did not have to say.

Quiet location on Natai beach. Good size room, huge comfortable bed, new center ceiling aircon. I guess these pool access rooms are renovated recently. Staff is really nice and service minded. Breakfast was little disapointment. Sausages, becon etc. were all cold. Many food were finished and not filled in 30 minutes time. Hygiene low level. Many people took food by hands because no proper tools or containers. Would like to see rice soup in breakfast while in Thailand.
