Everything is so good about one of this Santhiya resorts. While breakfast is good , dinner was equally bad , Santhiya is known for its Thai authenticity and you can’t find that in their food . Staff needs a bit of training on how to be more proactive.
Villa was great , amenities amazing and we had a great time as a family . Food was a big turnoff!
May come back! Over all 7 out of ten only because of the above good things, beach access and location. ,

Очень необычный отель в национальном тайском стиле. В августе было осень мало гостей, полный релакс и единение с природой. Отличное обслуживание, прекрасная уборка, очень зеленая территория с цветущими банановыми пальмами, орхидеями и т.д. Собственный бассейн и ванна на террасе способствуют полному расслаблению, поэтому даже штормящее море не было помехой. Отличный большой плаж, но в сезон дождей не пригоден для купания, но в таком отеле это и неважно. Единственное, что надо иметь ввиду, что поблизости нет абсолютно ничего, но это и есть фишка отеля - полностью абстрагироваться от внешнего мира. Нам очень все понравилось.

Kind staffs but very far from everything and even no stores nearby. Food is quite spicy and open air restaurant no aircondtioned.

If you’ve heard about Thai hospitality and the famous smile — this hotel is NOT the place for it.
The staff are inattentive and poorly trained. They can’t handle bookings on their own and constantly call the manager to confirm every step. For the first time, we encountered a hotel where, despite booking for 2 adults + 1 child, they still charged extra for the kid. We requested a baby crib but it was never delivered.
Most of the hotel is built from wood. During our stay, workers were all over the property sanding down old dark layers of wood — not sure how safe that was. The villas have bathtubs, but they were dirty inside. Towels were stuffed in room corners to absorb water because the ceiling leaks when it rains.
There are a lot of ants in the hotel.
Breakfast was a major letdown. Juices tasted and smelled like cheap chemicals. Croissants were made from some odd, non-layered dough. Due to humidity, most of the food was sticky and soggy.
• Spacious villa for a relatively reasonable price.
• To reach the beach, you just need to cross the road.
• Very large and comfortable bed.
• Gym with fairly new equipment.
