The hotel is a perfect choice for relaxation. It's a little bit far from shops and restaurants. Anyway, there are restaurants in the hotel. I enjoy spending time in the hot spring pool.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Nice staff. Great location. Good atmosphere. I had a great time enjoying hot spring and swimming pool. And most importantly, they’ve got the most beautiful sunset spot. Totally worth the visit.

Amazing hotel, great location. Hotspring and pool outstanding. Restaurants could do with a bit more variety in food.
For a five star hotel serving beer in cans....mhaw.
Some rooms could do with a bit of maintenance especially air conditioners.

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotspring resort, very nice staf, good Breakfast, dinner was expensive and you would expect more of it! Came back home 100% relax!
