Stay in this beautiful resort only if you’re ready to be spoilt by the amazing hospitality of their staff. It’s located in the middle of nowhere, but that doesn’t matter as the resort itself has everything you’ll need. We took the all in package. Rooms are luxurious, very clean, very well kept. The resort itself is very well kept, pool, beach, bar, playroom. Very family friendly. Stayed here twice, both during peak (March) and low peak(June), both occasions felt very different, i personally preferred the peak, however one thing that did not change was the hospitality of their amazing staff! A special shout out to Kwan for professionally handling the tantrum of a hungry 35yr old (me). Great selection of food in their restaurants too. And when you need a laugh, Sit@Aon will crack you up. Will always come back.

If you want a first-class hotel holiday, this is the right place! The rooms are large and spacious, coffee, tea and water are refilled in the room every day. There is even a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, as well as the necessary bathroom utensils such as toothbrush, razor, cotton buds, etc. The complex is beautiful and everything is super clean. The pool is wonderful and as an alternative the sea and the beach are right next door. There is a restaurant, gym and massages by the pool/beach. The children are well looked after in the kids club with a changing offer and there are also offers for the older ones. Children from 4 years of age are allowed to stay there alone, otherwise at least one supervisor must stay with them. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of joking, especially with the children. The only disadvantage for us was the location, only a small supermarket and an ATM in the next hotel are within walking distance. There are alternatives to the delicious hotel food within walking distance across the beach, but if you like a bit of variety and want to stroll around in the evening, you should look for a more central hotel. Otherwise, there are shuttle buses to the nearest market and to the town of Khao Lak for a fee, which takes around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot book a Grab in this region. There is also an excursion counter and a shuttle bus to the airport, but you can also book them directly on the beach for a little less money.

Accidentally we got the last room. Therefore there is no right to choose. Arrived, shocked, the room is very small Moreover, the floor is dirty, we take wet tissue to rub the black floor. The water heater is broken. You have to press the device firmly to get on fire. When I showered, I was afraid that the fire would suck again, so I hurried to take a shower and sleep. There is no sink, pipe below. He brought a water bucket to support. Turn on the water where the water flows into the bucket. I'm tired. Arrived when I was sleeping, trying to endure sleep. He really couldn't sleep, rashes up the body. I couldn't get itchy all. So hurried to move to another place. New place like heaven, please. Very clean, the price is only 899 baht, here 550 baht is really not suitable for this price.

Overall good, a little old but not scary. There is a guard at night. The room still has a problem with the air conditioner dripping late at night. I've been there 2 times already. The price is not expensive. The staff speak well. Convenient parking Not deep into the alley

Despite being a long way out of Khao Lak, (one of the last hotels, 15 mins out) it’s worth going the extra distance. Staff so friendly and helpful; everyone in the hotel. Our poolside room was wonderful-space to relax and slip into the water and also spa jets whenever we liked. The big pool with bar near the beach was also a pleasure to be at. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and they catered for my food allergies very well. They gave options for level of spiciness for the Thai food. I had an injury and the late checkout til 6pm they provided for me was a final bonus. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! We loved the hotel's architecture, and the room was nice, clean, and uniquely decorated. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy such as cycling, yoga, canoeing, and cooking demonstrations. The staff were incredibly friendly. We wish we could go back soon!
