We stayed for one night as part of our cycling tour. We had a great time. Large common area and kitchen space. We were able to keep our bikes inside which is a dream for cyclists. The staff were friendly and helped us book accommodation further north for the following night. The double room was large and we had one with a private bathroom.
We also happened to stay on a Sunday and they have a huge market on the street outside with food etc.
This farm is amazing what a place to stay, such a loving family that will take care of you in every way they can. They have a beautiful farm and a lovely room with nice aircon, clean bathrooms and comfy beds. They are very good cooks and will treat you every morning to an amazing breakfast. Yalyong also has a very interesting background his farther owned a tin mine, he is willing to show you all about this he even took us up the mountain to show us the remains of the tin mine, he picked us some tropical fruit and fed it to us on the night. I would recommend this amazing place to anyone❤️
The room is spacious, located next to the market, transportation, 7-Eleven, Lotus Express, near food sources, near the city, not isolated. The bathroom is spacious and has hot water.

The location is ok, in the middle of the community, it's not difficult to find things to eat. The accommodation is minimalist, focuses on sleeping, suitable for people traveling and coming to work in the Takua Pa district area. The price is ok, not too expensive, overall it is considered usable.
Beautiful according to the story, quiet, sleep well, the wind is very cool, the air conditioner in the dome is the most cool. Every room has a very beautiful mountain view.
The hotel is considered new 1, clean rooms, 2 spacious, 3 convenient parking 4. Near many tourist attractions, whether it is the Sangnee Canal or the old town.
Kuapa Resort is a great option. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is cool and makes sleeping well even on hot nights. The hot water heater makes taking a shower a relaxing experience. The good Wi-Fi makes connecting to the internet easy and smooth.
The location of the resort is convenient, just a short distance from the main road, making it easy to travel to the main attractions. The rooms are beautiful and stylish, with a touch of luxury and the decoration creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. And most importantly, the price is cheap.

During our stay, we noticed a few service issues that we’d like to share for your improvement. For example, the receptionist is usually the first impression of any hotel. As Thai guests, we naturally expect polite and respectful communication, especially the consistent use of “krab” when speaking. However, the receptionist only said “krab” once, at the very end of the conversation. It felt unusual, and we weren’t even sure if he was Thai. This small detail made the interaction feel less warm and professional than expected.
Another issue we experienced was with the à la carte dining. We placed our order and waited for 40 minutes without any update or communication from the staff. When we finally asked about the delay, we were told we’d have to wait another 30 minutes. Only after that did the staff consult with the manager and offer us some food from the buffet, but at that point, it was already quite late and there weren’t many other dining options nearby. Ms. Bowy, the Restaurant Manager, kindly offered us a cocktail or some drinks, but what we really needed was food. She later offered a 20% discount for that meal, which we appreciated, but the whole experience was disappointing.
Lastly, during breakfast, we understand it was a long weekend and the hotel was likely busy. However, since occupancy can be anticipated, we believe better preparation could have been made—both in terms of staffing and seating arrangements. When we mentioned the crowd and the wait for a table, the staff simply said, “You should come earlier for breakfast,” which didn’t feel like a very helpful response.
We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and setting of the property, but we hope these comments help in improving the overall service experience for future guests.

Review of the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa
This resort is a beautiful 5-star destination that offers a truly relaxing experience, especially when it's not hosting large events. The rooms are fantastic, providing a comfortable and luxurious base for your stay.
The restaurants offer great value, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. A slight exception is the steakhouse, which, while good, feels a little overpriced for what it offers.
The resort's swimming pools are a highlight, particularly the stunning adult-only pool, which is perfect for unwinding. The resort's location is a bit isolated, so be prepared for that, but it contributes to the peaceful atmosphere.
The staff is generally excellent, and special mention goes to Khun Bee, who manages the steakhouse. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the food and beverage options and is a shining star at the resort.
In summary, this is a beautiful and well-appointed resort with top-notch rooms and pools. While the steakhouse could be better value, and the location is a bit secluded, it's a wonderful place to relax—just be aware that large wedding groups can significantly change the atmosphere.
As per usual all top management seem to be hiding from the guests
