Exxcellent family holiday Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, we were upgraded without asking! Facilities were excellent and very well cared for.

I like the rooms here. They are very spacious, have a work desk, a sofa set, and the bathroom is also spacious. Well proportioned The area around the accommodation has a good atmosphere. big swimming pool And it's also next to the beach. I'm impressed.

The sanitation is good. Except for the location, which is a bit out of the way, there is nothing wrong with it.

The location is very close to Surin Pier. The hotel has only one big swimming pool, but it is very clean. There is a private beach 🏖️. Turning right on the beach, there is a dead tree with shells and wind chimes on its roots. It is very romantic and there are few people. It is suitable for vacation. It's just that the surrounding traffic is inconvenient, there are no restaurants, so you can only stay in hotels.

The environment must be very good, but the location is a little too far away. It took nearly 3 hours of driving from Kara to get there, and since Similan is not open now, there are not many people checking in at night. If you check in, it is recommended to stay in the hotel for a day and the experience will be good. It is nice to take pictures in the afternoon, but it is not suitable to go out at night. The attitude of the service staff was also very good. I arrived late and didn't have change for a taxi. They kept helping me get change and contacted me to rent a car the next morning. They even prepared breakfast for me when I left at 5 o'clock. Except for the distance, everything else has good reviews.

We spent a week in this beautiful hotel, although we liked to party, this family hotel allowed us to recharge our batteries. The setting is very neat and peaceful (so not recommended for those who like to party!) Indeed the city is much too far away and in truth without much interest. The beach is huge and beautiful, the staff are top notch in all areas! You will be taken care of! The bar is nice but sad (I think it's due to the period... the cocktails are excellent! My only downside concerns the restaurant menu which is derisory, not very tasty, also lacks effort in the presentation of the dishes, and all in all quite expensive for what you get on the plate... Really a shame especially since there is only one restaurant...2 steps away to the right of the beach a magnificent restaurant the "be friend" (not the 1st but the second!) This hotel should be inspired by it, really! However, we had a wonderful time! Thanks everyone! Just a little effort and you will be perfect!

Wonderful hotel we were a family of 4, staff was very friendly, from check-in until our stay. The management gave us directions on where to do local excursions and it managed to send us to see the waterfalls. It helps my son when it cuts is foot and offers us assistant when there is an issue with the room we travel a lot in our life and we never seen so many attendive Managers. Thank you for everything and please thank all your staff.

Best relaxation holiday we have ever experienced! The manager is extremely helpful, the staff are amazing and the Villa was just perfect. They went over and above our expectations and are so worth the visit if your in Thailand and want to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax. Everything we asked help for, they organised and provided. We even felt like friends not clients. Everyone was great and we have never felt so welcome anywhere and we have travelled a lot. The Hotel Manager, Marco, should be extremely pleased with his achievements because we certainly are. I will be recommending to everyone we know to go and visit Le Menara in Khao Lak.

We had a great holiday at the Le Menara in July 23. Beautiful resort, very clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed swimming in the 100 meter pool or walk on the beach at low tide. Perfect resort for relaxing and getting spoiled with a massage. We would definitely go back!

We were made so welcome. The Manager, Marco came to see us personally, when we arrived and many other times. "he asked, Is everything ok do you need anything..." We were upgraded to a magnificent apartment, with pool and ocean views. The pool is huge, maybe 120 metres long. The staff are so helpful and friendly. There is grass along the foreshore between the pool and the ocean. Lounge/ Beach chairs tables and sun umbrellas. Showers are handy outside for after swimming. The staff seemed very happy to be at work. We spent time by the pool and swam in the Andaman Sea. The meals were tasty, we had as many dishes we could during the week we were there. We did not get through the whole menu, its a mixture of Thai and European dishes. It was very relaxing, we would have stayed longer if we had not already booked somewhere else for the next week. Its a quiet place on the edge of the forest or jungle by the sea. About 20kms from Khao Lak. You get transport to town taxi or hotel service. We used both and had no problems. We preferred car and van to TukTuk because of the rain. Khao Lak is more family friendly than further south in Phuket. It was very quiet and relaxing.
