ทำเลที่ตั้งดีใกล้บขส.ตะกั่วป่า เดินทางสะดวก มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ โลตัสเล็ก ใกล้บิ๊กซี หาร้านอาหารและของกินง่าย ตอนเช้ามีตลาด ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง กลางดึกมีเสียงดัง จากลูกค้าห้องอื่น ทำให้มีเสียงค่อนข้างดังรบกวนการพักผ่อน
