Good location and friendly staff however, booked a Queen Room double bed and ended up in a twin bed with no window! In rm2 the toilet nearly fell over when sat on it....then when it was flushed....poo and pee all over floor! Terrible room. Dont think i'll be staying here again!

The people at the reception was like a wall. I felt the springs of the bed all the night with the sweet sound of the 4 way placed just in front of the window. don't expect hot water, there isn't any.

I was very tired but there aren’t any people in the reception. I waited for so long. The good thing is they allowed me to stay earlier than the check in time. The room is a bit dirty and the toilet light is broken. Smelly too.

The room should be improved in many ways, such as the towels smell bad and can't be used at all, the pillowcases smell bad and have to find a cloth to cover them, the room smells musty, the bathroom doesn't have a clothes rack, the stairs are quite fresh. Overall, it should be improved, everything is cleaned. The only good thing is that the Big C side has a delicious restaurant. 😀😀 If I go to Takua Pa again, I definitely won't go back to stay here again. 🤥🤥🤥

Total **********. Everything here is old, smells and dirty. Even the curtains are moldy and the balcony door didn't lock. We looked for a new hotel and left immediately. Cancellation was refused and the owner pocketed the money.

Overall good. The room is not big but not too small. It is next to Lotus Express and 7-Eleven. It is convenient to find food. The entrance to the accommodation is small. The price is cheap. There is a balcony and 1 extra bed.
