The location is good. Just a short walk to the beach. However, on the day I checked in, there was a problem with the wifi, so I couldn't watch TV in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

On the day our family checked in, there were used towels waiting to be changed into guest rooms piled up in the corridor. In the evening around 9pm, there was a widespread power outage in the Khao Lak area, but not a single staff member came to inform the guests. We had to walk to the reception room to ask what happened. The hotel did not have a generator, and there were hardly any lights in the corridors. The hotel, which has a lot of rooms, did not see any security guards or male staff come out to help take care of the safety of the guests. The electricity was not restored until almost 11pm. We had to sit and let the mosquitoes bite us because if we stayed in the room for almost 2 hours, we would have suffocated. There were no candles or other lighting to take care of the guests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The emergency response was very poor. There were not enough staff.
