Although the location was great and the room was spacious, almost all the time no front desk attendant available. The pool in front of the room was left for ages without maintenance so it wasn’t available for use. The room smelled something like an old cottage. The price of the room was a little more expensive than the hotel I got around the area but it was way better with staffs available whenever needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Restaurants, 7 Eleven, Tour Booking and beaches. Breakfast was simply delicious. Spacious room. We thank the Host for the late Check Out. Highly recommend this place.

Basic accommodation, the pool turns green without any sign of the hotel for not cleaning it up (maybe because of the low season and rain)
The light bulb was not ready while checking in but the owner did try to replace a new one (but it's different colors) I don't mind but it shouldn't be like that. The breakfast was not valued to pay for it I highly recommend booking the room without breakfast as the surrounding area has a bunch of local restaurants which are a lot better.

Basic room booked at last minute. Great welcoming host,and offered to give me a lift to Phuket the next day. Was in a good location in Khao Lak.

The lady boss is really friendly and helpful. Everything is possible never said “No”. Hahaha.
Will stay again on my next re-visit.
