I couldn’t use electricity because of planned black out. The hotel didn’t notice the information before and it was very uncomfortable stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location, slightly away from the town, ensures a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable.
A great perk is the scooter rental service available, which is ideal given the location, though it's a bit pricier than what you'd find in town. However, considering the convenience, it was well worth the extra cost.
The pool was lovely, providing a nice spot to unwind. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was practically unusable, and mobile data didn’t work unless you bought an AIS SIM card, which could be an inconvenience for those relying on connectivity.

Pros: The hotel suited us specifically, as we wanted peace and privacy. This hotel is only for those who want a motorcycle or car. Excellent breakfast, varied, every day something new. We stayed for 2 weeks, there were no repeats. They set the tables with a large thick napkin, it is enough for all problems. Cats and dogs come to visit.
Cons: cleaning in the rooms is mediocre. In two weeks they changed the sheets once ... And otherwise they just turned over)))) They do not wipe, sometimes they wash the dishes and then they do not. The garbage is also eh, sometimes they remove it and then not. The shower was leaking, two days before departure they replaced it. But we did not make a request.

We had a really great stay. The hotel is in the mountains just above Khao Lak. Everything is easy to reach by scooter. We think the prices for the food in the hotel are a bit too high. But there is a great Thai restaurant hidden away nearby where many locals also eat. The owners are really friendly and the food is delicious.
The hotel is clean and tidy. The pool right next to the room is a huge plus.

My family and I were delighted. The houses are very clean, and surprisingly there is not a single ant in the villa, it is a mystery to us how it is possible to keep the house so clean. Both pools are excellent. The location is a plus for us, it is far from the main street, there are no problems with a car or a bike, but outside the window there is peace and quiet. We ate our fill for breakfast, although there was not much variety, but there was always something tasty to eat. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, always trying to help. My daughter had a birthday on the day of departure, so they not only congratulated her at breakfast, but also brought such a delicious cake, sang a song and lit a candle. It was very nice, my daughter was delighted, did not want to leave. I am writing now from a 5-star hotel with a bunch of ants, although we live on the 3rd floor and I really miss this place, it was soulful and calm here. We will come on our next vacation!
