It was a satisfying stay. The resort staff were friendly and the food was delicious. However, it was disappointing that the facilities available, aside from the pool, were limited.

A slightly worn hotel in traditional Thai style, somewhat reminiscent of the Jim Thompson Museum.
The staff is friendly, but there are issues with the room conditions and the kitchen (raw meat served for breakfast).
We stayed for a few days, and on the first night, the electricity in our room went out. We ended up sleeping in a villa where a floodlight shined directly into our faces because there were no curtains. The next day, we moved back to our original room, which I found more comfortable.
Our room had a bathtub, amenities, and robes. For breakfast, you can ask for Eggs Benedict. The hotel has many retirees, and the massage is decent. Big territory. I would come back.
The manager, Sunny as I remember, is great.

We are on holiday with a baby, Our baby loves the receptionist (Yaya) a lot. She is helpful and recommended us where to go and eat. We delighted.We definitely recommend staying

This resort was excellent! I travelled here my girlfriend for the weekend and it exceeded all of expectations. The location is perfect right next to the beach, and the hospitality of the staff were unparralled. The breakfast was delicious with many options, and my room was very spacious, comfortable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone and I would love to come back again if we visit Khao Lak again.
