We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We have arrived very late and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff were very helpful, informative and friendly specialty to Khun Omon, Khun Aom, Khun Ghan and Khun May and Khun Dave. You are stars ⭐ The hotel is very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very kids, family friendly. I loved how they care with the small details ex.the note on the bed which made you felt so special and warm welcome. The pools were clean and enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back in the future!

Good spot to stay near Pak Weep beach, and Memories Beach. Big rooms and balconies. Lovely views of sunsets from higher floors, and mountains behind. Wonderful staff.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating! They're always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the place is very safe and secure. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay, perfect for relaxation and comfort.

This is the best place for its money I have been so far in Khao Lak! Spacious room, modern design where attention paid to every detail. Includes option with or without breakfast. The property has 3 swimming pool, not really huge, but enough. The staff deserves the special mention: very attentive, friendly and professional. They speak good English ＜3

The hotel is so far away from center it so quite we love it 🥰🥰 the staffs are supper friendly especially Aom Oom May Kan and Tod the beach is far from hotel a kilo there have some restaurants around 200 m and also waterfall the breakfast is Japanese style 🤨 it so 👌

We had a great stay. The rooms are amazing for a 3 star hotel, it felt more like 4 star or above. The pool was clean and pleasant. Breakfast could be improved, but understandable with price & category. The staff are amazing though, great hospitality & trying their best to help you out. Thank you.

I have already stayed in KHAOLAK many times and now know this city and its hotels well. This is by far my best experience. The duplex is more spacious than my house. The large kitchen is ideal for large families. Very bright and comfortable, I was able to receive several friends to spend an evening in front of the large TV. I really liked the direct access to the swimming pool and the large terrace. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and balcony. And finally, I was very warmly welcomed by the hotel staff who were able to answer all my questions about places to visit. I would like to thank DAVE, GARN, MAY, MAR. I will definitely return to KOKOTEL KHAOLAK ISARA CASA.
